3. How do I get my coupons?

Answer: All you need to do is sign up for the Big G Cereal Club, and you will automatically receive a special email each month telling you that your new cereal coupons are ready to print. Simply click on the “Print Coupons Now” button in that email and you are on your way to saving big on your favorite Big G cereals!

4. Where can I use these coupons?

Answer: You can use these coupons like any other normal coupons, at any participating grocery store.

5. When are the coupons available?

Answer: You will receive an email around the beginning of each month, letting you know that your coupons are ready for you to print.

6. For which cereals are these coupons valid?

Answer: Each month, different Big G cereals will be featured. Look at your printable coupons for this month’s selected brands.

8. Will my grocery store accept these coupons?

Answer: Not all grocery stores will accept coupons printed from your home computer. In fact, not all stores within the same chain have the same policies on these coupons. Before presenting coupons at your local grocery store, please check with the store’s manager or customer service desk.

9. How do I print my own coupons?

Answer: You must print out coupons with a printer connected to your home computer. Check the box under each coupon you want, click “Print Selected Coupons” at the bottom of the screen and take the coupons to your local grocery store.

10. Do I have to do anything special with my computer to print coupons?

Answer: Yes. If this is your first time printing online coupons, you’ll need to install a small application. Just click “Yes” when the install window appears. Even with a 56K modem, the application takes only seconds to download.

11. I tried to download coupons with the computer at my place of employment, but it didn’t work. Why?

Answer: Due to security settings, you may not be able to print coupons if you are on a network. We recommend you print your coupons at home.

12. A coupon I selected wouldn’t print out. Why?

Answer: Quantities of coupons for download are limited and selections change monthly. Check back each month for new coupons.

13. Can I download coupons with my Apple computer?

Answer: Unfortunately, at this time online coupons at the Big G Cereal Club are only available for Windows.

14. How many coupons will I receive each month?

Answer: You will receive between 5 and 9 coupons each month, worth between $5 and $6 total.

15. Do these coupons have an expiration date?

Answer: Yes. Coupons have an expiration date of four weeks from the date they are printed. However, coupons are only available for a limited time, so don't wait! Coupons are rotated in and out around the beginning of each month.

16. Can I use my coupons more than once?

Answer: No, Big G Cereal Club coupons can only be used once.

17. Am I under any obligation as a Big G Cereal Club member?

Answer: No, you are under no obligation as a Big G Cereal Club member.

18. Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Answer: Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. Simply click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of your monthly coupon email, and your name will be taken off our list. At that point, you will be removed from the Big G Cereal Club and no longer receive monthly emails regarding available cereal coupons.

19. What if I want to change my username or password?

Answer: Just click the “My Account” button and you’ll be able to change or update your username or password.

20. What if I forget my username or password?

Answer: Just click the “My Account” button and you’ll be able to change or update your username or password.

21. Is the Big G Cereal Club limited?

Answer: Yes, spaces are filling up fast, so sign up now! If the Big G Cereal Club reaches its membership limit and you are unable to join at that point, you can sign up to be added to our waiting list, and we will notify you if we have an opening in the Big G Cereal Club.
